The most common applicant questions.

Do I have to be employed by Verkehrsleiter24?+

No. Cooperation is normally on a self-employed basis. Customers appoint you by contract as an external transport manager under Regulation 1071/2009. We introduce assignments, supply contract templates and support the back office.

How many undertakings may I manage?+

Under Article 4(2) of Regulation 1071/2009, external transport managers may manage no more than four undertakings with a combined maximum of 50 vehicles. You choose your workload within that limit.

I am qualified but have little practical experience. Can I apply?+

Please contact us. The key requirement is your ability to manage transport activities effectively and continuously. We support your start with templates, checklists and an experienced network contact.

How much can I earn?+

Remuneration is per assignment and depends on fleet size and workload. We discuss all terms transparently during the introductory call.

Which regions need transport managers?+

Across Germany. We prefer local assignments so effective management can be delivered properly. Demand is particularly strong around Rhine-Ruhr, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Munich.
