Which data we process

Registration data: name, company name, email address and access credentials you provide when creating an account.

Lead and customer data: contact, company and contract data for initiating and handling the business relationship.

Driver and transport manager data: master data, qualification proofs and compensation details, where required for external transport management.

Documents: uploaded proofs, contracts and correspondence with authorities.

Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to initiate and perform the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR) and on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Where consent is required, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Recipients and processors

To provide the platform we use carefully selected service providers with whom data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) are in place: [Supabase – database and authentication], [Vercel – hosting], [Resend – email delivery], [Sentry – error and stability monitoring].

Sentry (Functional Software Inc. / Sentry) — error and stability monitoring. Used with EU data storage; processing of technical error data to ensure system operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Any transfer to third countries takes place only on the basis of appropriate safeguards.
